About Icings On The Cakes

Icings On The Cakes was created out of need for much needed gluten free desserts that are not only tasty, but doesn't feel dense and heavy. I love desserts! We create desserts that are light and airy with powerhouse delicious flavors. Some of my best selling creations; key lime tarts, lemon tarts, strawberry cupcakes baked with fresh strawberries, blueberry lemon muffins, delicious fudge brownies with Ube, and my newest creation is the Chipotle Chocolate cake. I use my own gluten free flour mixture with healthy ingredients that is the secret to our magically delicious treats. My business was developed out of passion in my gluten free kitchen sanctioned by the Department of Agriculture. You can find us at local taste events, festivals, and farmers markets in both Cobb and Oakhurst Market in Decatur.
