All city events are rain or shine. Every reasonable effort will be made to host city events as scheduled. City staff, in coordination with vendors and weather resources will closely monitor weather conditions before and during events. If circumstances exist or develop that would present a hazardous environment, city events may be postponed or canceled at the sole discretion of city staff. Notifications of postponed or cancelled events will be provided on the city’s website and social media outlets. In the case of inclement weather (i.e., thunderstorms or torrential rain) during a city event, attendees may take shelter inside of City Hall.
