CHICAS BIRRIA

The Chicas Birria Taco Truck was founded by owner and operator Maria Ruiz, whose desire is to bring authentic Birria to the streets of Atlanta. We are proud to offer our customers a wide variety of Mexican Birria options such as Beef, Chicken and even Vegan Birria. Our tacos and entrees are served with dipping sauce (consome), side salsas and limes.
