JARDÍ Chocolates was started in 2015 by Pastry Chef Jocelyn Gragg. She was so inspired by a stage (french for internship) in a chocolate shop in Pennsylvania. After leaving Restaurant Eugene in 2015, she decided, along with her husband Jacob Gragg, to open a chocolate shop in Atlanta and bring the same dedication and wow-factor to the world of chocolates.
The Alden restaurant, conceived by Chef Jared A. Hucks, leverages tradition and innovation to create an expressive dining experience. The name BLUETOP comes from the taxi stand that operated on the Chamblee property in the late 1950's. With an eye towards the past and some good ol' fashion ingenuity, BLUETOP stumbled upon a 1969 Global Van Lines truck and outfitted it as a first-class kitchen. The restaurant is designed to make you feel at home, whether on the outdoor patio or taking in a friendly game of bocce or corn hole. Chef Paul Sidener delivers a menu that is culinary, but approachable. Using high quality local ingredients, their food is distinct, but familiar.
